Working principle

Most owners aren't blocked by what they don't know — they're blocked by what they don't do. Mentorship is the part that makes the work happen on time.

§ 01 · How it works

A working relationship. Not a video course.

The clients who get the most out of mentorship share three traits: an active business (LLC formed or about to be), they treat the weekly call as a real meeting, and they're willing to do the unglamorous compliance work — Texas Public Information Report, Beneficial Ownership Information, address-and-phone audits across the bureaus — that most owners skip.

If you've watched 200 hours of YouTube and still haven't filed your LLC, mentorship isn't the right starting point. Take the $597 Proper Business Structure track first. If you've filed but the work has stalled, mentorship is the unblock.

§ 02 · What we work on

The weekly working session.

  1. Application + 30-minute diagnostic call to scope current state and goals.
  2. Weekly working sessions, focused on the highest-leverage next action.
  3. Async support between calls for compliance filings, credit applications, lender questions.
  4. Texas-specific compliance (TX Comptroller PIR, BOI under the Corporate Transparency Act).
  5. Business credit profile audits across Dun & Bradstreet, Experian Business, Equifax Business.
  6. Funding stack reviews — LOC, SBA, business credit cards, real estate products.
  7. S-corp election decision support, payroll setup if relevant.
  8. Resource library — vendor lists, application scripts, document templates.
§ 03 · Who this is for

Owners ready to do the work. Not researchers.

Founders with an active or imminent LLC. Side hustlers crossing the LLC threshold. Credit-repair graduates moving into business ownership. Real estate operators scaling past four doors. Service-based business owners ready to separate personal and business credit. Women and minority entrepreneurs navigating WBE / MBE / HUB certification.

The common thread is willingness to do the work in the right order. The level of revenue you have today doesn't matter.
