Curated
The tools, vendors, and credit-building partners we actually use with paying clients. Short by design. Affiliate relationships disclosed openly. The recommendation order doesn't change based on the commission.
The five categories we curate.
- Business credit tradelines — NET-30 vendors reporting to all three business bureaus.
- Business banking — banks and online business banks that play well with business credit.
- Bookkeeping & accounting — software and CPA referrals that handle Schedule C → S-corp cleanly.
- Business address & virtual office — commercial-zoned Houston addresses for new LLCs.
- CreditStrong Business Credit Builder — the reporting tradeline most clients use months 1–4 (affiliate).
What we test for before a vendor lands on the marketplace.
Every vendor goes through the same screen: do they actually report on a published schedule, are they reasonable for new-LLC files, do they report the high credit limit (not just the balance), and is the underlying service one our clients would already buy. If a vendor fails any of those tests, they don't make the list — regardless of affiliate economics.
We retest annually. Vendors that quietly stop reporting get removed without warning. Vendors that start reporting more consistently get promoted. The list shrinks and grows by months, not years.
The order matters here too.
- Set up the business banking before any vendor account — every vendor application asks for it.
- Open two NET-30 vendor accounts in month one. Pay each early once, on time the rest.
- Add the bookkeeping software at month two — the lender wants to see clean books in month nine.
- Layer the CreditStrong tradeline during months three and four for additional reporting depth.
